Chief of Operations Office Grand Admiral Wulfman, the Chief of Operations, is the Emperor's third in command and answerable only to the Emperor. Decisions made by the CHO are usually final, unless a formal objection is filed with the Executor and the Emperor for review of the circumstances. The duties of the CHO are far and ranging, as the CHO works closely with the Emperor, the Executor and the Central Director of Intelligence in managing daily operations and long range plans. The CHO must be ready to carry out the Emperor's Will at any time, anywhere, without hesitation. The CHO also holds the title of Overseer of the Admiralty, and as such is in charge of all High Command Fleet Offices: Flight, Training, Tactical, Logistics, Morale, Communications, and War. The CHO is responsible for keeping in direct contact with these HC Officers and reports directly to the Emperor on their status and progress. Additionally, the CHO contributes new ideas, issues orders and helps manage long-term projects. In the event the Emperor is unable to perform his duties, the CHO assists the Executor in running and commanding the Empire. The CHO's base of operations is in the Bilbringi System, in the Farfin Sector. The CHO is also the Fleet Commander of the Second, Executor Fleet, as well as the Ship Commander of the SSD Executor II; as such he is responsible for all personnel stationed about the SSD Executor II.

Grand Admiral Wulfman's Bio Marcus Wulfman was born on the Noghri planet Honoghr around the time when the Empire was formed. By that time Honoghr was a secret and hidden place. His father was a human agriculture scientist and his mother was a technician. Unfortunately his mother died when he was born. He was raised by a young Noghri nanny. His father worked for the Empire and helped cleaning up Honoghr. Later, this was when the Empire was at war with the Calamari, Wulfman left Honohr towards the Core systems to study physics and droid engineering. He settled on Corellia in a little Imperial base Town named Pax Imperia. You can read more about these years here. He started a career in the Imperial Forces and completed his Tie Fighter training on a Imperial Academy. Grand Admiral Standard Uniform With the death of Emperor Palpatin Wulfman left the Imperial Navy and went to the Outer Rim. He lived and worked there for a while as a merchant until he heard of Grand Admiral Thrawn campaign against the Rebellion. Wulfman saw a new hope for the Empire to rise again and when he came to the territorial of the Royal Republic and joined the Emperors dark assault Fleet. He started as a Flight member in Sphinx Squadron on board of the Strike Cruiser Horrus. Later on he came on board of the VSD Dragoon where he stayed for a while. First he was Flight Leader in Reaper Squadron and later on he became Squadron Commander of Talon Squadron. The sad news about the death of Grand Admiral Thrawn was a shock. It seemed that all hope was gone and with the fall of the Emperors Dark Assault Fleet the last remaining and loyal Star Destroyer Dragoon left the Royal Republic. After a while the ISD Dragoon got in touch with the Imperial Order. It was here that the new hope for the Empire was born. The very last Grand Admiral of the old Empire, Grand Admiral Larsen was the last stronghold of law and order. The Dragoon was sent into the dry dock and all officers were transferred to the mighty ISD Lightning. Wulfmans first assignment in the Imperial Order was the Ship Captain XO position. He got promoted to Rear Admiral and became Ship Captain of the ISD Lightning and later for the VSB Liberator. He was head assistant of the Imperial Order XO and of the Fleet Commander Grand Admiral Larsen. Two years after Wulfman joined and after many fights and battles the Imperial Order regained control over Coruscant. The new Order was born under the new Emperor, Ged Larsen. It was the celebration on Coruscant where Wulfman was promoted to Fleet Admiral. In the same year the Emperor went on a mission to the Unknown Regions and Wulfman, meanwhile already in the High Command as Flight Officer, took over more responsibility. It was also the year where Wulfman got married. His wife, the Emperors Hand Merlyn Gabriel has been in the Imperial Order for a long time and served Lord Vader in the past. The wedding of two Fleet Admirals was a celebration for the whole Imperial Order. A year after his promotion to Fleet Admiral and a few month after the wedding he was promoted to Grand Admiral, the 4th Grand Admiral of the Imperial Order. Wulfman is also force sensitive. In his years within the Imperial Order he trained his skills. Form a force sensitive Student he studied and became a Dark Jedi Knight. It was then when he was filled with the spirit of Krath and joined the Krath Order.
